"Spoke to Neala, account manager, with Nick Raetz. She is amazing! State Farm had gotten my contact information after filling out information on another website. By the time Neala had spoke to me, I had already been bombarded by other insurance companies calling me. I didn't want to talk to another company. She was very patient with me and said she would call me back in a few months like I asked her to. And she really did! I wish I would have switched when I first spoke to her as my rate is much lower, but her consistency in doing exactly as she said she would had me convinced to switch. 🩷"
